The Idaho State University GIS Training and Research Center and Idaho Lidar Consortium have a great TECH talk planned for 11:30am Thursday March 13th!  This free webinar presented by Jason Nyberg (NV5) focuses on lidar and specifically:

  • Hazard mapping
  • High density lidar for forestry analytics, electric T&D design and vegetation management
  • High detail classification and feature extraction
  • Green laser lidar 
  • Maximizing the value of existing lidar


This talk is not only for GIS and Lidar specialists, but for those in emergency planning and risk mitigation efforts, and any community member interested in this topic.
